With a history working at Farm to Table restaurants in Boulder Colorado and California, Chef McMeekin has braught so much to Gerties. Studying culinary art and traveling to food forward European countries, Chef McMeekin is passionate about making cuisine a accessible and uncompromised.
Traveling around the world with his Grandfather exploring fine wine and food in it's purest form inspired McMeekin to learn the art and dive into classical technique especially traditional French food.
